The traditional Carnaval and Mardi Gras are much more than a one-day parade and party. The Carnival celebration starts on January 6, the Twelfth Night (feast of Epiphany); and picks up speed until Midnight on Mardi Gras, Fat Tuesday, the day before Ash Wednesday March 8, 2011). - March 5, 2011 — The traditional Puerto Vallarta Carnaval Parade, beginning at 10 pm and winding through Southside Vallarta. This is Vallarta’s most lively, entertaining parade.

- March 3-8, 2011 — This Mardi Gras, Carnaval and Vallarta Fever’s Spring Fever parties are all together for one unforgettable buzz of a weekend: Spring Fever Carnaval, March 3 – 8, 2011. With parties every night with great international DJs, guest performers and lots of sexy Club Papi dancers you are guaranteed an excellent time. - March 4-6, 2011 — “Get carried away at the Mardi Gras celebration 2011 at Daiquiri Dick’s restaurant in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Festivities run March 4-6, 2011.
Fun events all weekend starting on Friday, March 4th with a live DJ and he will also spin on Saturday night.
Special menu for the festive weekend. Mardi Gras favorites Friday, Saturday and Sunday for dinner, which runs runs 5:30 to 11pm. Sample, oysters Rockefeller, coconut beer shrimp plus many other New Orleans style selections.
On Saturday March 5th catch the dance act, Darudha at 8:30pm on the patio and the third annual parade, which passes right by the front of the restaurant and starts at 10pm. And a live DJ after the performance.”
