1000 pesos prize
This year the Puerto Vallarta Parade Committee is sponsoring a YouTube video contest. Put together your best video or compilation of photos of the 2012 Puerto Vallarta Carnaval Parade and win 1000 pesos. the winning youtube entry will be viewed by 1000s of people and you will be famous plus you will have 1000 pesos to celebrate that stardom.
The rules are simple:
- Make a 2 minute or less video of the parade
- Upload it to YouTube with the title “2012 Puerto Vallarta Carnaval“
- Email us a notification of the upload to video.contest@carnavalvallarta.com
On February 29, we will announce the winner and award the 1000 pesos prize.
Videos will be judged on creativity and appropriateness in representing the Vallarta Carnaval Parade to the world.
The YouTube videos may be taken with any device. They may be compilations of still photos or pure video or a combination. If music is used, it has to be used legally since the video will be promoting the Puerto Vallarta Carnaval Parade worldwide.
We will ask for ownership of the winning video, giving full credit to the artist.
